On  Friday, September 18 , was held the first insurance training in the central office of the company « VICTORIA ASIGURARI ». It was organized for directors of regional offices and company’s agents. Because insurers are responsible for not  making mistakes, the thematic seminar included a series of questions relating the insurance products: compulsory motor insurance ,external motor insurance (Green Card),  hull insurance, medical insurance for traveling abroad. Insurance experts discussed each product separately, emphasizing the most important aspects of insurance cases, claims, premiums and covered risks.

      

    Experts in the field of property insurance and mortgage insurance presented details of these products. They talked about the benefits of holding such a policy, knowing the covered risks and affordable premiums. Director of Sales, Ms. Iulia Dascalu remarked: “The proper filling of the insurance contract is a mandatory condition which must be respected by each agent and the insured persons are obligated to read the policy and insurance contract at the time of issuing, to verify the right completion of the form.“ The theme of private pensions was also described at that seminar. Alexander Zgardan, director of the First Pension Fund «VICTORIA RATIONAL», presented the specifics of private pension funds as a tool for long-term savings. Supplementary pensions are the most suitable solution for people who want to secure a peaceful old age, after an intensive work during the life,” added Mr.. Zgardan. The seminar was held in a lively atmosphere, the participants wanting to learn more about insurance products. Organizers have promised to held more training seminars on various topics, which will involve all those who want to become insurance agents.
